As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program.3) The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Items Of The Order That Are Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Assembled And Ready For Use, Complete With Elements Ensuring Proper Use, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2024. All Delivered Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Must Comply With Applicable Standards And The Indicated Approvals, Certificates, Technical Approvals, Declarations Material Compliance, Safety Certificates, Licenses, Etc. (If Required), Enabling Their Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose. 4) Delivery Terms: A) The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Ensure Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party. B) The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Planned Delivery Date At Least 24 Hours In Advance. The Delivery Should Take Place During The Working Hours Of The Ordering Partys Office, I.E. On Business Days - Monday - Friday, From 8:00 A.M.
