The Purpose Of This Document Is To Determine The Technical Prescriptions That Must Govern The Contracting Of A Food Supply-Catering Service At The Provincial Mental Health Hospital (Hsmp), Burjassot Torres Torres Road Km 9 Bétera (Valencia) With Cpv: 55320000-9 To Meet The Nutritional Needs Of Hsmp Users (Full Board: Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner, Snack And Contribution Of Liquids) As Well As The Employees Who, Due To Their Work Shift, Have The Right To Food Or Dinner Support, Said Service Includes The Actions Of: Supply Of All The Menus That Make Up The Hsmp Pension And On-Duty Personnel Who Have The Right To Food Or Dinner Support. The Staff Of The Contracting Company Will Be Responsible For The Distribution And Collection Of The Utensils And Other Utensils Necessary For Each Meal In Each Service, Once Each Meal Is Finished (From Breakfast To Dinner), Ensuring Good Use Of The Same, In Addition To The Points Established In Section 3.5 Of The Ppt, Obligations Of The Personnel Hired By The Contractor. The Contractor Will Also Be Responsible For Collecting And Bagging After Each Service, According To Current Regulations, And Transferring The Waste Generated From The Dining Room To The Collection Location By The Authorized Manager. The Collection, Cleaning And Disinfection In Accordance With Health Regulations Of The Utensils Used, Including Tableware, Cutlery And Glassware, Where Appropriate, Intended For The Various Services, Both For Residents And For The Centers Staff. Daily Cleaning And Disinfection Of Floors, Walls, Windows, Doors, Furniture, Containers, Carts And Waste Collection Bins, Annex Spaces For The Conservation And Storage Of Food, Etc. The Kitchen Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contracting Company, As Well As The Cleaning Products Necessary For All These Tasks. All The Listed Functions Are Linked To The Main Request And Are Developed By The Same Staff In Charge Of Menu Distribution And With The Same Budget
