In This Order Of Ideas, The Service Tendered Includes Both The Judicial And Extrajudicial Representation Of The Municipality In Cases And Disputes In Matters Related To The Directorate Of Municipal Works And The Directorate Of Urban Consulting And Public Space, And In General Those Matters Related To The General Law Of Urban Planning And Construction, As Well As The Preparation Of Legal Reports Regarding The Aforementioned Matters, At The Request Of The Its Of The Contract, Prior Instruction Of The Director Of Legal Advisory Of The Municipality.
