Conducting Research, Analysis And Assessment Of The Environment And Conditions For Employment Of Young People Within The Petrich Municipality By Applying The Bottom-Up Approach And Based On 2 Models: The Quadruple Spiral Model And The Eiip Knowledge Triangle Model, With The Aim Of Adapting And Introducing New Practices For Managing And Developing Human Resources, Tailored To The Specifics Of Local Business, And At The Same Time, Meeting The Needs And Requirements Of The Main Target Groups Of The Project. In The Process Of Conducting The Research, Relevant Local And Interested Parties Will Be Involved, Namely: At The Quadruple Spiral: Representatives Of Science (Education) – Civil Society (Youth Covered By Activities At The Center) – Business – Administration, And At The Triangle Of Knowledge: Representatives Of Science (Education) – Innovation (Organizations Developing Innovations And/Or Implementing Innovations; Scientific Organizations) – Business. As A Result, Recommendations Will Be Made, Addressing The Relevant Stakeholders, When Applying The 2Nd Model, And With An Emphasis On Applying The Bottom-Up Approach And The Audience Of The Youth. The Scope And Basis Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Total Of 3 Pilot Services To Various Stakeholders In Relation To The Local Labor Market, Respectively 1 Pilot Service To Representatives Of Business, Municipal Administration And Education, In Connection With The Adaptation And Introduction Of New Practices For The Management And Development Of Human Resources, Meeting The Needs And Requirements Of The Main Target Groups Of The Project For Their Labor And/Or Social Realization.
