That The Entity Needs To Contract The Maintenance, Repair And Improvement Services Of The Hds Physical Plant, Consisting Of The Maintenance And Repair Of The Hospital Premises, Which Includes Only Semi-Skilled Labor In Carpentry, Plumbing, Masonry, Mechanics, Painting And Electricity, As Specified In These Bases; That According To The Definition Of Numeral 13 Of Article 2 Of The Regulation Of Law No. 19,886, A Service Contract Is One Through Which The Entities Of The State Administration Entrust A Natural Or Legal Person With The Execution Of Tasks; That, Likewise, The Maintenance, Repair And Improvement Services Of The Hds Physical Plant Are Classified As Regular Service, As They Correspond To Those That Are Required Permanently And That Use Personnel Intensively And Directly To Provide What Is Required By The Bidding Entity, As Verified In The Specific Case Of This Tender; That, The Budget Estimate For This Service Purchase Has Been Established As Those Equal To Or Greater Than 5,000 Utm; That, The Contracting Amount, In Accordance With Resolution No. 14 Of 2022 Of The Comptroller General Of The Republic, Because It Is Less Than 15,000 Utm, Is Subject To Replacement Controls, Which Is Why It Cannot Exceed Said Limit; That After The Respective Queries, The Maintenance, Repair And Improvement Services Of The Physical Plant Of The Hds Are Not Available In The Framework Agreement Modality In The Catalog Of Goods And Services Offered In The Information System Of The Purchasing Portal Www.Mercadopublico.Cl, Only To Contract With Municipalities.
