The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates, Referred To In The Swz As Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, 2) Construction, Installation And Finishing Works Consisting In The Expansion And Modernization Of The Endoscopy Laboratory In Order To Expand The Scope Of Services And Increase The Availability Of Endoscopic Examinations For The National Institute Of Oncology. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification: The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment In The Design And Build Formula, Including The Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment. This Is An Investment Implementation Formula In Which One Contractor Is Responsible For Both The Design Development And Construction, Including The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment. This Means That The Ordering Party Orders Comprehensive Implementation Of The Project, From The Design To The Ready-To-Use Scope Of The Order With Complete Equipment. The Essence Of Such A Solution Is To Complete An Order By Designing Specific Construction Works And Then Implementing Them, Including Delivering And Installing Equipment. The Movable Equipment Must Be Compatible With The Built-In Equipment Made To Measure To Create A Coherent, Comprehensive Solution (The Buildings Require Installation Approaches, And The Movable Equipment
