3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals Under The Multi-Annual Meal At School And Home Program To The Centers Charges, Persons Entitled To Receive Them On The Basis Of Administrative Decisions Issued By The Head Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Radziałów In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Social Welfare Act Of March 12, 2004 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283), To Four Meal Serving Points, I.E. 1) Team School And Kindergarten In Radziałów, Ul. Szkolna 1, 19-213 Radziałów - 2 Meal Serving Points, 2) Primary School In Słucz, Słucz 114, 19-213 Radziałów, 3) Primary School In Klimaszewnica, Klimaszewnica 41, 19-213 Radziałów.3.2. The Number Of Ordered Meals (Dinners) Per Day Is Estimated On Average In The Period From January 5, 2026 To December 31, 2026 For The Following Points: - School And Kindergarten Complex In Radziałów - Approx. 80 Lunches, - Primary School In Słucz - Approx. 12 Lunches, - Primary School In Klimaszewnica - Approx. 38 Lunches. Total Estimated Number Of Meals Per Day Approx. 130 Dinners For 187 Days. Total - 24,310 Meals.3.3. The Order Provides For The Preparation And Serving Of Approximately 130 Portions/Sets Of Meals Per Day During 2026, Excluding School Holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, Holidays, Holidays And Days When Classes Are Suspended). It Is Expected That During The Execution Of The Order From January 5, 2026 To December 31, 2026, Approximately 24,310 Meals Will Be Served. The Number Of Meals Ordered May Change Due To Student Attendance At Schools, But Not Less Than 30 Meals A Day. Due To The Reduction In The Number Of Meals Served, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party.3.4. Minimum Caloric Value Of The Lunch Set - Lunch Served In The School Canteen Should Provide 30% Of The Daily Energy Requirement. The Lunch Is To Meet The Requirements For A Given Age Group Resulting From The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health Of July 26, 2016 On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units. In The Event Of Changes To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Health On Groups Of Foodstuffs Intended For Sale To Children And Adolescents In The Educational System Units And The Requirements That Must Be Met By Foodstuffs Used As Part Of The Collective Nutrition Of Children And Adolescents In These Units, In Accordance With These Changes.
