The Subject Of The Order Is The 24-Hour Provision Of Services Related To The Preparation, Transport And Delivery Of Meals For Children Of The Piaskowy Dom, Morski Dom, Wichrowy Dom Care And Educational Facilities In Gdańsk, Including Holidays, Holidays, Saturdays And Sundays, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Announcement, According To The Average Daily Demand For Meals. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Reserve Key Tasks To Be Performed Using Its Own Resources, I.E. Without The Participation Of Subcontractors. The Contractor May Entrust The Implementation Of Elements (Parts) Of The Subject Of The Order To Subcontractors. If The Contractor Intends To Perform The Subject Of The Order With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In His Offer The Parts Of The Order (Material Scopes) The Performance Of Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such Indication Should Be Included In The Offer. Pursuant To Article 95 Of The Public Procurement Law - The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Included In The Subject Of The Contract, Consisting In The Provision Of Services Of Preparing Meals, Packaging Meals, And Delivering Meals, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
