Tenders Are Invited For Implementation Of The Central Security System Along With The Adjustment Of Directory Services For Users And The Delivery Of It Equipment As Part Of The Project Titled Cybersecure Commune Of Książ Wielki

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Implementation Of The Central Security System Along With The Adjustment Of Directory Services For Users And The Delivery Of It Equipment As Part Of The Project Titled Cybersecure Commune Of Książ Wielki. 2. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: A. Provide, Including By Granting A License To The Ordering Party And Subsequent Implementation Of The Siem Class Central Security System With Elements Of Xdr Extended Detection And Response, Edr Endpoint Detection And Response And Monitoring Of It Infrastructure (Hereinafter: Central Security System) Along With The Adaptation Of Directory Services For Users, B. Providing The Ordering Party With Specialized It Support Services At Least In The Following Areas:  Implementation Of Compliance Rules With Mandatory Legal Provisions And Applicable Security Standards,  Configuration And Management Of Defense Mechanisms, In Particular Firewalls And Ids/Ips,  Management Of User Access And Authorization,  Network Monitoring And Alerting In Real Time,  Implementation Of Rules For Backup And Data Archiving,  Encryption Of Sensitive Data,  Configuration Of Antivirus And Antimalware Software (Protection Against Malicious Software),  Security Incident Response Plan (Development And Implementation As Well As Subsequent Analysis And Recommendations After Possible Incidents),  Constant Monitoring Of Logs And Security-Related Events,  Periodic Reports On The Security Status, C. Delivery, Along With The Transfer Of Ownership Rights To The Ordering Party, It Equipment:  Utm,  Server With The Server Operating System And 40 Server Access Licenses, Used To Run The Central Security System,  Nas For Data Backup,  Ups, D. Conducting Certified Stationary Training In The Field Of:  Operation Of Utm Class Devices,  Operation Of Managed Switches, And The Ordering Party Declares That All The Above-Mentioned Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Closely Related, Interpenetrating And Complementing Each Other. 3. The Purpose Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Is To Increase The Level Of Digital Security In The Książ Wielki Commune Office By Strengthening The Resilience And The Ability To Effectively Prevent And Respond To Incidents In Information Systems, In Particular Through: A. Strengthening The Protection Of Personal Data And Other Sensitive Data, In Particular Regarding And/Or Involving The Inhabitants Of The Książ Wielki Commune, B. Implementing Prevention Against Cyberattacks, C. Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity As A Result Of The Development Of Innovative Information Systems, And Consequently: D. Ensuring The Continuity Of The Activities Of The Książ Wielki Commune Office, E. Ensuring Compliance Of The Activities Of The Książ Wielki Commune Office With The Mandatory Provisions Of Law, In Particular With The Regulation Of The European Parliament And Of The Council (Eu) 201
