Locations Of The Sessions: 41 County Seat Municipalities And The City Of Bucharest Duration Of The Information Session: 1 Day/Event Period Of Information And Publicity Sessions: Until September 30, 2026. Dates Of The 42 Information And Publicity Sessions Will Be Communicated By The Ac At Least 30 Calendar Days Before Each Event. In This Sense, Ac Will Send To The Service Provider An Order/Request For Each Event, By E-Mail, With Confirmation Of Receipt. In The Package Of These Services, The Following Will Be Provided: 1) Conference Room Rental For 42 Information And Publicity Sessions: - 42 Information And Publicity Sessions In The Cities Of The County Seat And In The Municipality Of Bucharest, Conference Room Capacity Of At Least 60 Seats, 2) Transportation For The Information Sessions: The Provider Will Ensure The Settlement Of Transport (Round Trip) For 1176 People. The Settlement Of Round-Trip Transport Expenses Will Be Based On The Documents Provided By The National Legislation In Force.
