The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Support A Meeting Of Advisory Services And Other Akis Partners On December 15-16, 2025, Including, Among Others, The Provision Of Hotel And Catering Services For A Maximum Of 120 People.2. The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Draft Agreement Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Including The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Draft Agreement And The Contractors Offer, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Agreement.3. Participants In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Accommodated In A Hotel Of At Least 3-Star Standard, Entered Into The Central List Of Hotel Facilities Kept Pursuant To The Act Of August 29, 1997 On Hotel Services And The Services Of Tour Guides And Tourist Guides, Located At A Distance Of No More Than 100 Km From The Central Railway Station In Warsaw (Distance Calculated Using The Website Http://Maps.Google.Pl - Using The Transport Option Car). The Contractor Will Provide In The Offer Form The Name And Address Of The Hotel Where The Conference Participants Will Be Accommodated (If The Contractor Does Not Provide Information About The Hotel Address, His Offer Will Be Rejected As Inconsistent With The Content Of The Swz).
