The Awarding Of The Concession Of The Sports Facility Without Economic Relevance, Pursuant To Art. 181 Of The Contracts Code, Does Not Fall Within The Scope Of Application Of The Rules Relating To The Awarding Of Service Concessions, Therefore It May Take Place Through A Selective Procedure In Compliance With The Principles Set Out In Book I, Part I, Title I Of The Contracts Code, Including The Principles Of Impartiality, Equal Treatment, Transparency, Proportionality, Publicity, In Compliance With The Rules Set Out In The Contracts Code. As Indicated With Resolution G.C.
