Tuscany 19 June 2024, N. 21, As Recalled By The Municipal Regulation In Force In Art. 6 C.1 Letter B), Economic Operators Who Are Sports Clubs And Amateur Sports Associations, Sports Promotion Bodies, Associated Sports Disciplines And National Sports Federations, As Well As Temporary Groupings Between The Aforementioned Entities, Can Participate In The Procedure. The Purpose Of The Concession Is The Management Of The Sports Facility Owned By The Municipality Of Castelnuovo Berardenga Located In Via Di Petroio N.12 – Loc. Quercegrossa Having The Classification: Not Of Economic Relevance, Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Current Municipal Regulation, Articles. 6, 7 And Following. The Awarding Of The Concession Of The Sports Facility Without Economic Relevance, Pursuant To Art. 181 Of The Contracts Code, Does Not Fall Within The Scope Of Application Of The Rules Relating To The Awarding Of Service Concessions, Therefore It May Take Place Through A Selective Procedure In Compliance With The Principles Set Out In Book I, Part I, Title I Of The Contracts Code, Including The Principles Of Impartiality, Equal Treatment, Transparency, Proportionality, Publicity, In Compliance With The Rules Set Out In The Contracts Code. As Indicated With Resolution G.C.
