1. The Subject Of The Order Is Accommodation And Meals For Students Of Sports Classes (64 Participants) Of Psp 12 During The Sports Camp In 2025. 2. The Group Of Participants Consists Of An Estimated 64 People. 3. The Number Of People, I.E. 64 Participants Of The Sports Camp, Is An Estimate Allowing For A Correct Valuation Of The Offer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Accept The Number 64 When Calculating His Offer. 4. The Central Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce (Random Cases) The Amount Indicated In Point 2 Above The Number Of Participants By A Maximum Of 5 People (Without The Contractors Right To Claim In This Respect) - Which Means That At Least 59 Participants Will Take Part In The Camp, And The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Communicated To The Contractor No Later Than 3 Days Before The Planned Date Of The Sports Camp. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Accommodation And Meals As Well As Recreational And Sports Facilities During The Four-Day (Three-Man-Days) Sports Camp. During The Sports Camp, The Contractor Will Provide: 1. Accommodation - Accommodation In A Guesthouse With Meals In The Town Of Suche Or At A Distance Not Exceeding 25 Km From The Town Of Suche, Calculated In A Straight Line As The Radius Of A Circle With A Standard Ensuring Safety And Comfort Adequate To The Needs Of Participants And Providing Catering Services, I.E. Serving Meals In The Form Of Breakfasts And Lunches. In Order To Verify Whether The Facility (Hotel-Accommodation) Indicated/Proposed By The Contractor Is Located At A Maximum Distance Of 15 Km From The Town Of Suche, The Ordering Party Will Use Publicly Available And Free Tools Available On The Website: Https://Mapy.Geoportal.Gov.Pl/Imap/Imgp_2.Html?Gpmap=Gp0https://Maps.App.Goo.Gl/9Pykvokj1db8g4qw52.
