Tenders Are Invited For Individual Tutoring For Children At Primary And Secondary School Level And Academic Assistance For Children From Lower Grades Of Primary School

Part 1 - Tutoring/Learning Assistance - English Expected Number Of Hours And Students In Classes:  24 Students, Including Min. 13 In Classes With Travel Home Number Of Hours: 432 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Individual Tutoring Services For Children At The Primary And Secondary School Level In The Field Of Mathematics, English, Polish, History, Chemistry, Nature, And Assistance In Learning For Children From The Lower Grades Of Primary School. Age Of Children And Adolescents: From 6 To 18 Years. On Average, 16 Hours Are Planned Per Student In A Given School Year In A Given Subject. It Is Possible To Increase The Number Of Tutoring Hours For A Given Student, Subject To The Prior Approval Of The Ordering Party. Students May Take Part In More Than One Tutoring Session. The Recipients Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Those Benefiting From Tutoring, Will Be Participants Of The Above-Mentioned Project, I.E. People Referred To The Contractor By The Ordering Party After Taking Into Account Their Individual Needs. These Will Be Students Of Primary And Secondary Schools, Including Students With Special Educational Needs. The Contractors Tasks Will In Particular Include:1. Carrying Out An Initial Assessment Of Knowledge By The Person Providing The Tutor, Including Taking And Recording Measurements Before Starting The Tutoring.2. Conducting Classes With A Child. The Teaching Hour Of Tutoring Is 45 Minutes.3. Documenting Classes In The Class Journal. The Class Diary Should Contain At Least: Topic, Program, Date And Time Of Classes.4. Preparation Of Attendance Lists For Classes According To The Template Provided By The Ordering Party. Each Time A Students Attendance At Classes Should Be Confirmed By A Signature, And In The Case Of A Minor Student, By The Signature Of The Parent/Legal Guardian. 5. Tutoring Must Take Place Systematically And With The Possibility Of Making Up For The Tutoring If It Is Canceled For Some Reason. 6. The Regularity And Periodicity Of Tutoring Take Into Account The Following Scope: Tutoring For 1 Person On Average Once Every 2 Weeks, After 1 Teaching Hour.7. Tutoring Must Be Provided Individually For Each Student.8. The Number Of Participants Covered By Tutoring May Change During The Execution Of The Order, While Maintaining The Limit Of Hours Referred To In The Subject Of The Order.9. Transport To The Place Of Support (For Selected Students, Tutoring Should Take Place At The Childs Place Of Residence, For Others - In Bielsko-Biała. However, Tutoring In The Tutors Home Is Not Allowed).10. It Is Possible To Provide Tutoring In The Premises Of The Ordering Party In Bielsko-Biała, Ul. Legionów 54 By Prior Arrangement.11. Place Of Residence Of The Children Recruited So Far: Bielsko County, Including: Czechowice Dziedzice, Kozy, Zabrzeg, Stara Wieś, Międzyrzecze Górne, Mazańcowice, Szczyrk, Buczkowice.
