Tenders are invited for Supply of 5,000 Nos. Less High Concrete Sleepers to Suit EN 45 El Rails to Colombo Yard The Bidder should have supplied more than 5,000 Nos. Concrete Sleepers to Sri Lanka Railways or have supplied Pre-stressed Concrete Beams for a value of more than Rs. 50 million or should have supplied Pre-stressed Concrete Poles for a value of more than Rs. 500 million within the last five years along with the copies of invoices. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address of the Office of the Railway Procurement Sub Department, Olcott Mawatha, Colombo 10, Sri Lanka from 31/10/2025 to 27/11/2025 up to 3.00 p.m. on payment of a non-refundable procurement fee of Rs.27,500/- only. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid security. Amount of Bid security shall be Rs. 1,500,000 and shall be an unconditional guarantee issued by Bank operating in Sri Lanka and approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 2.00 p.m. on 28/11/2025 and the bids will be opened immediately after closing of the bids. Bidders or their authorized representatives are requested to be present at the opening of the bids. Late bids will not be accepted.
