The Government of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a grant from the International Development Association toward the Ethiopia Rural Connectivity for Food Security Program (RCFSP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for Procurement of 8 Hybrid Vehicles. 2. The Ministry of Urban and Infrastructure serves as the implementing agency for the project and now invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Procurement of 8 Hybrid Vehicles 3. Bidding will be conducted using the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using a request for Bid (RFB) procedures as specified in the World Banks Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrows of goods, works and Non-Consulting Services under International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) Loans and International Development Association (IDA) Credits dated July 2016 and revised September 2023, and is open to all Bidders eligible as defined in these Guidelines, that meet the following minimum qualification criteria stated in the Bidding Document. 5. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and a nonrefundable fee of ETB 1,000 (ETB One Thousand Birr).
