The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Delivery Of Tanks For Transporting Water With Trailers Under The Subsidy Of The Voivode Of Lublin From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, As Part Of The Task: 1. Purchase Of Tanks For Transporting Water With Trailers. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Part No. 1: Delivery Of Three Tanks (Trailers/Tanks) For Transporting Water With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters For Drinking Water. The Contractor Guarantees That The Subject Of The Order Will Be Brand New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional, Not Post-Exhibition Equipment And Meeting The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 1 To This Contract (Technical Specification). The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2) Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 To The Ppu. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Within 3 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, But No Later Than 15/12/2025.
