Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Bicycle Infrastructure In Ul. Sulechowska, Franciszek Rzeźniczak, Zdrojowa

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Expansion And Reconstruction Of Ul. Sulechowska, Franciszek Rzeźniczak And Zdrojowa In Zielona Góra In Connection With The Construction Of Bicycle Infrastructure Together With The Effective Obtaining Of A Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment And The Notification Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Permit. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Design Solutions For Collisions With Networks And Ensuring Rainwater Management Within The Planned Road. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. I.4 To The Swz (Together With Annexes To The Opz) And In The Functional And Utility Program Together With The Documents Included In Annex No. I.6 To The Swz.3. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months From The Day Following The Date Of Receipt Of The Design Works. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Indications Of Common Names, Trademarks, Manufacturers Names And Photos That May Appear In The Swz Together With Annexes In The Included Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Serve Only To Determine The Visual, Technical And Quality Features. Product Names, Trademarks, Patents Or Origins Used In The Swz Together With Attachments Should Be Treated As Examples - The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products (Materials, Equipment). An Equivalent Product Is A Product That Has The Same Functional, Visual, Material And Technical Features As The Specific Product Indicated In The Swz But Is Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin. The Quality Of An Equivalent Product Cannot Be Worse Than That Described In The Subject Of The Order, Cannot Lower The Standard In Any Way And Cannot Change The Principles And Technical Solutions Adopted In This Tor, And Thus Deprive The User Of Any Performance, Functionality Or Usefulness Described Or Resulting From The Tor. The Contractor Who Accepts Equivalent Solutions (Products) For The Valuation Of The Offer Is Obliged To Prove The Equivalence Of The Adopted Solutions, Including Equipment And Materials. In Order To Confirm That The Offered Equivalent Solution Meets The Requirements Specified In The Tor, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Along With The Offer, A Detailed Description/List Of The Offered Equivalent Procurement Subject Matter, Which Will Specify For Each Solution The Features Enabling Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Solution And Confirmation Of Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Procurement. Note: Failure To Submit Such A Description/List Will Be Tantamount To Accepting The Solutions Indicated In The Swz And The Annexes To The Swz.5. The Ordering Party Informs That In The Case Of Reference In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Included In The Swz Together With Annexes To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technica
