The Order Covers The Purchase Of Liquid Fuels (Successive Refueling At The Contractors Gas Stations, Vehicles And Equipment Used By The District Road Administration In Siemiatycze In 2026) Until The Value Of The Subject Of The Agreement Is Exhausted. Therefore, The Delivery May Be Made In Smaller Or Larger Quantities. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party For This Reason. The Given Amounts Of Fuel Are Expected Amounts And Are Used To Evaluate Offers.3. Estimated Quantities Of The Ordering Partys Fuel Demand During The Implementation Of The Agreement: - Diesel Oil Approx. 45,000 Liters, - Unleaded Petrol Pb 95 Approx. 2,000 Liters. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Ability To Complete And Settle At Least 70% Of The Above-Mentioned Estimated Scope.4. The Ordering Party Provides For The Right Of Option - In The Event That The Quantities Of Fuel Covered By The Order Are Exhausted Or The Possibility Of Compensating The Amount Of One Type Of Fuel For Another Type Of Fuel Is Exhausted, The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Contract By An Amount Of Up To 20,000 Liters Of Liquid Fuels During The Contract Implementation Period, Depending On The Actual Needs (Diesel Fuel, Pb-95). The Option Will Be Activated After The Total Value Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Fully Utilized.
