1) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Annexes To The Swz: A) Annex No. 1 - Offer Cost Estimates, B) Annex No. 2 - Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, 2) Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer After The Contractor Has Undergone An On-Site Visit In Order To Familiarize Himself With The Scope Of Work, 3) An On-Site Visit Is Required For Each Contractor Who Submits An Offer. A Mandatory Condition For Participation In The Proceedings. The Offer Of A Contractor Who Does Not Complete The Mandatory On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected - In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law, 4) The Date Of The On-Site Visit Must Be Notified And Agreed Upon With The Ordering Party. Contractors Who Want To Take Part In The On-Site Inspection Are Obliged To Send A Notification In This Matter Using The Means Of Electronic Communication Indicated In Point 10.1.1 Of The Swz.5) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Quality Guarantee - The Ordering Party Requires That The Guarantee Period Range From 24 Months To A Maximum Of 48 Months.6) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Subject Of The Contract Constitutes One Purchasing Category And Due To The Identity Of The Subject Matter, It Does Not In Any Way Hinder Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises From Submitting An Offer. Moreover, Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Involve Excessive Technical Difficulties, I.E. The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract And Could Jeopardize Its Proper Execution.
