Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Replacement Of A Cinema Projector In The Dci 4K Standard As Part Of The Task Purchase Of A Laser Projector For The Sokolnia Cinema In Kępno Implemented As Part Of The Operational Program Of The Polish Film Institute Cinema Digitization.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Number Of Devices Included In The Subject Of The Order, Including The Minimum Equipment Parameters Required By The Ordering Party, Is Described In Annex No. 6 - Sopz - Description Of The Cinema Technology System. In Particular, The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of A Dci 4K Digital Projector (1 Piece) 2) Delivery Of A Lens For The Projector (1 Piece) 3) Delivery Of A Dci Digital Cinema Server (1 Piece) 4) Delivery Of A Laptop With Software To Control The Projector And Server (1 Piece) 5) Delivery Of A 3D Projection System (1 Piece) 6) Installation, Assembly Of Devices And Configuration, As Well As User Training Assembly Guidelines - The New Devices Are To Work With The Screen And Surround Sound Processor Owned By The Ordering Party (Dolby Cp950, Screen With A Silver Polarizing Coating). The Installed Server Must Be Configured To Work With Content Distributors Servers. - The Projector Should Be Installed On A Platform Located In The Projection Cabin. It Is Necessary To Anticipate The Need To Adapt The Platform To The Size And Dimensions Of The New Projector. - If The Beam Of Light From The Projector On The Side Of The Cinema Hall Is At A Height Of Less Than 200 Cm Above The Top Level, A Hazardous Zone (Hazard Zone) Should Be Separated Due To Laser Operation And These Places Should Be Excluded From Use. - The Contractors Tasks Include Dismantling The Old Projection Set And Tidying Up The Existing Cabling. - The Entire Cinema Projection Set Is To Be Ready For Use. Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Make Further Purchases, I.E. Complete Cabling And Small Accessories Necessary For The Operation Of The Projection System Must Be Provided, Even If They Have Not Been Mentioned In Detail. The Requirements Regarding Equivalence Are Specified In Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Equipment Supplied By The Ordering Party Comes Directly From The Manufacturer Or The Manufacturers Authorized Distribution Channel, Is Brand New (Year Of Production No Older Than 2024), Not Exhibited At Exhibitions Or Fair Events, Technically Functional, Safe, Undamaged, Free From Defects, Complete, Suitable For Proper Operation In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, And Must Also Meet The Minimum Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party.
