The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of A Language Laboratory And Furniture To The Secondary School Complex And The Energy And Service School Complex In Łaziska Górne, Planned As Part Of The Project Entitled: Vocational Mikołowski - Vocational Education In The Transformation Process In Mikołowski County. The Project Is Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund Under The European Funds For Silesia Program For The Years 2021-2027, Priority Fesl.10.00 - European Funds For Transformation, Action: Fesl.10.23 - Vocational Education In The Process Of Just Transformation Of The Region. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of: Task 1 Language Laboratory 1.2. The Contractor Should Offer To Complete The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Swz And The Attached Documents And Declarations. The Order Specification Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order (Offer Form), And The Detailed Characteristics Are Included In Annex No. 1.1 (Price Form) And Annex No. 1.2 (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). 1.3. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Deliveries, Including The Course And Timely Execution Of The Order, Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Order.1.4. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Specified In The Contract Template And Applicable Legal Provisions. 1.5.
