Tenders Are Invited For Engineering /Design, Construction And Authors Supervision/ Of A Site: Reconstruction And Change Of Purpose Of A Three-Story Non-Residential Building To Separate A Mixed-Use Building

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Three Activities: Activity 1: Design Preparation Of: Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase With Scope And Content At Least In Accordance With The Normative Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects; Ordinance No. 7/2004 On Energy Efficiency, Heat Storage And Energy Saving In Buildings, As Well As With Other Related Normative Documents On The Applicable Parts, Accompanied By The Necessary Specifications And Quantity-Value Accounts, Which Should Include All Construction And Assembly Activities, Including The Preceding Dismantling And/Or Other Related Activities For The Site. When Developing The Project, The Use Of Technological Solutions And Installations Should Be Used To Create Normal Conditions For Living In The Building And Provide An Accessible Environment For People In A Disadvantaged Position, According To The Requirements Of The Current Regulations. The Project Should Be Developed For Phased Implementation Of The Smp As Follows: First Stage – Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures, Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People And An Internal Elevator. Second Stage – Major Renovation Of The Basement And Change Of Purpose Of The Ground Floor To Create A Hall For Celebrations. Third Stage – Major Repair And Change Of Purpose Of The First Floor To Separate Premises For Public Services. Fourth Stage - Major Renovation And Repurposing Of The Second Floor To Provide Guest Rooms. Fifth Stage - Development Of Adjacent Terrain And Park Space. Activity 2: Author Supervision Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Cmp For The Implementation Of Construction: Reconstruction And Change Of The Purpose Of A Three-Storey Non-Residential Building For Equipped In A Building With Mixed Purpose - Cmp Stage 1 (First Stage - Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures, Construction Of A Ramp For Disadvantaged People And Internal Elevator) With Location Upi Xxiii-500, Quarter 10 According To The Plan Of The Village Of Sredishte, Municipality Of Kaynardzha.
