Descriptionthe Purpose And Content Of The Procurement: The Scheme With Veterinary Guards Has Been Established In Accordance With Act 15 June 2001 No. 75 On Veterinarians And Other Animal Health Personnel § 3 A, And It Is The Municipalities That Are Responsible For Organizing A Clinical Veterinary Guard. The Scheme With Veterinary On-Calls Must Ensure That A Clinical On-Call Is Established For Veterinarians So That The Necessary Veterinary Assistance Can Be Obtained During And Outside Normal Working Hours. The Veterinary Guard Is A Necessary Part Of Preparedness Against Serious Infectious Animal Diseases And Important For Maintaining Good Animal Welfare. Scope And Geographical Area: This Procurement Concerns The Provision Of Veterinary Guard Services In The Areas Old Lindesnes Municipality, Old Mandal Municipality, Old Lyngdal Municipality And Farsund Municipality - Lindesnes Guard District. Thus, Only Parts Of Lindesnes Municipality And Lyngdal Municipality Are Covered By The Acquisition. The Other Parts Of These Municipalities Belong To Guard Districts Further Inland. The Client For This Procurement Is Both Lyngdal, Lindesnes And Farsund Municipalities, Where Lyngdal Municipality Acts As The Operating Manager For The Scheme. Regulations And Procurement Procedure: The Procurement Is Made In Accordance With The Current Law Of 17 June 2016 No. 73 On Public Procurement (Loa) And Regulation 12 August 2016 No. 974 On Public Procurement (Foa) Parts I And Iv.
