Scope Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Commune Office In Brzeszcze .2. The Investment Is Planned On Plot 187/2 In Brzeszcze, Owned By The Brzeszcze Commune, In The Old Part Of The Commune Office Building In Brzeszcze.3. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Commune Office In Brzeszcze At Ul. Kościelna 4, As Well As The Transfer Of Copyrights To The Completed Design Documentation. In This Respect, The Ordering Party Requires, Among Other Things, The Preparation/Obtaining Of: A) A Map For Design Purposes Or An Update Of The Situational And Elevation Map Or A Master Map Consistent With The Content Of The Material Of The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource, If Required, B) The Necessary Opinions And Expert Opinions Or Their Updates, C) Decisions On Consent To Derogations From Applicable Regulations, If Required, D) Arrangements With External Opinion-Giving Units (In Particular Sanepid And Fire Protection) Required By Regulations, Necessary In The Process Of Designing And Performing Construction Works, E) All Necessary Arrangements, Resolutions, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or No Objection To The Notification Of The Execution Of Works, If Required, F) Preliminary Concept Of Technical Solutions, G) Design Of A Renewable Energy Installation, Including The Location Of Photovoltaic Panels, Their Technical Parameters, And Integration With The Buildings Power Supply System, H) Architectural And Construction Design, I) Multi-Disciplinary Technical Designs And Detailed Specifications, J) Cost Estimates And Bills Of Quantities, K) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 2) Execution Of Construction Works By The Contractor On The Basis Of Approved Design Documentation For The Planned Investment Project Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure, In Order To Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law / Make An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Works, Including: A) Insulation Of The Roof And Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic, B) Removal Of Bridges Thermal Insulation, Improving The Insulation Of Connections Between Walls, Roof And Floors, C) Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation, Replacement Of Existing Boilers With Condensing Gas Boilers, Replacement Of Thermostatic Valves With Modern Ones Controlled By A Central Regulation System, D) Replacement Of Building Joinery: Windows And Doors, E) Modernization Of The Domestic H
