Tenders Are Invited For Organization And Conduct Of Stationary Training In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense For Councilors Of The Rajcza Commune, Village Heads, Management Staff Of The Organizational Units Of The Rajcza Ug And Employees Of The Rajcza Ug.

The Subject Of The Order Is To Organize And Conduct A Two-Day, Stationary (The Ordering Party Provides A Room For The Task), Lasting 18 Hours Of Training In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Addressed To Councilors Of The Rajcza Commune, Village Heads, Management Staff Of Organizational Units Of The Rajcza Commune Office And Employees Of The Rajcza Commune Office (64 People In Total). In Order To Ensure The Uninterrupted Functioning Of The Office, It Is Preferred To Divide The People Undergoing Training Into Two Groups. The Training In Question Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Content Of: A) The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907); B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of February 6, 2025 On Training Programs In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense And Requirements For Entities Conducting Training (Journal Of Laws, Item 162), And In Particular, Annex No. 5 To The Above-Mentioned Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration. Detailed Scope Of The Service: A) Preparation Of A Detailed Training Program And Presentation To The Ordering Party Before Starting The Task; B) Preparation Of The Training Schedule After Prior Arrangement Of Dates With The Responsible Employee Of The Rajcza Commune Office.  Note: The Contractor Will Present The Ordering Party With A Training Schedule Prepared In Electronic Form No Later Than 3 Business Days Before The Training Start Date; C) Providing A Trainer/Trainers With Knowledge And Experience In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And With Training In Gender Equality And Non-Discrimination.  Note: Documents Confirming The Qualifications And Experience Of Trainers. The Contractor Presents The Ordering Party With The Signing Of The Contract; D) Preparation Of A List Of Attendance Of Persons Participating In The Training, Containing Signatures Of Persons Participating In The Classes. The List Should Also Be Signed By The Person(S) Conducting The Training And Should Include Information On The Subject Of The Training, The Number Of Hours And The Date Of Its Completion; E) Issuance Of Personal Certificates Of Completion Of The Training, Containing Additional Information About The Knowledge, Competences And Skills Acquired By The Participants; The Proceedings Are Conducted In Connection With The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Training Materials To The Training Participants.
