The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization Of A Scientific Conference Under The Patronage Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology Joint 23Rd International Heat Pipe Conference And 17Th International Heat Pipe Symposium On May 24-28, 2026.2. Date And Number Of Participants: A) From May 24, 2026 To May 28, 2026 B) Conference Participants Are Persons Indicated By Name By The Ordering Party C) Minimum Number Of People: 150 People D) Maximum Number Of People: 250 Participants3. The Ordering Party Plans To Organize A Scientific Conference For The Above-Mentioned. Number Of Participants, Subject To A Reduction In The Number Of Participants In The Event Of The Arrival Of Fewer People, But Not Less Than The Specified Minimum Number. The Contractor, After Receiving Information About The Arrival Of A Smaller Number Of Participants (But Not Less Than The Minimum Number), Is Obliged To Proportionally Reduce The Price For Catering Services Based On The Actual Number Of Participants, But Not Less Than The Indicated Minimum Number Of Conference Participants.4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Be Flexible In Changing The Number Of Participants 5 Days Before The Event.5. The Hotel Facility Should Be Classified Into The Minimum Four-Star Category (4****): Hotel Categorization, In Accordance With The Categories Referred To In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy And Labor Of August 26, 2004 On Hotel Facilities And Other Facilities In Which Hotel Services Are Provided (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 2166) Hotel Location: The Hotel Should Be Located In Gdańsk, In Within A Radius Of Up To 0.5 Km In A Straight Line From The Main Railway Station In Gdańsk Główny.6. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 4 To The Swz. 78. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
