The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) announces its intention of a proposed grant award to the City of Pittsfield. The proposed grant will make $18,000 available to the city to support boat ramp monitors at Onota Lake and Pontoosuc Lake to protect lakes in Berkshire County found to be at high risk of invasive zebra mussel colonization.
