Tenders are invited for Purchase of Hardware Items Defence Headquarters Complex at Akuregoda The Chairman of Project Procurement Committee (Ppc)on Behalf of the Ministry of Defence Now Invites Sealed Bids from Eligible and Qualified Bidders for Supply & Delivery of Shear Studs Requirement for Fixing Decking Sheets of Proposed Car Park in Mezzanine Floor 02nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th & Two Ramp of each Floor of Block No. 05 at DHQC Project - Akuregoda. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla from 27th October 2025 until 16th November 2025 from 0900 hrs to 14.30 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Four Thousand Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR 4,000.00). The method of payment will be in Cash/Bank draft in favour of Director, Project Management Unit, Defence Headquarters Complex Project. Bids shall be valid up to 14th February 2026. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of One Hundred Seventy Five Thousand only (LKR 175,000.00), obtained from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Bid Security shall be in the form of an unconditional, on demand guarantee and shall be valid up to 16th March 2026. Bids shall be delivered to the address mentioned below or shall be deposited in the tender box placed in the below address on or before 1000 hrs on 17th November 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend.
