1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Audio-Video Equipment - A Tripod, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Not Older Than 2024), Have Appropriate Certificates And Standards Allowing Them For Sale And Use In The Republic Of Poland.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Equipment Along With Its Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service; 3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 A To The Swz; 4) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Orders For Additional Supplies Within The Meaning Of Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 In Connection With Joke. 304 Of The Pzp.4 Act. Order Completion Date: Up To 40 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. In Addition To The Price And Warranty Period, The Completion Date Is A Criterion For Evaluating Offers. The Contractor May Offer A Shorter Implementation Period In Relation To The Above-Mentioned. Deadline. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Offers A Shorter Implementation Period Will Receive Points Under This Evaluation Criterion.5. Terms Of Order Fulfillment, Warranty Period, Payment Terms. 1) Delivery Address: University Of Silesia, Faculty Of Arts And Sciences Of Education, Ul. Bielska 62, 43-400 Cieszyn.2) Required Minimum Warranty Period: 24 Months. The Warranty Period Is, Apart From The Price And Completion Date, A Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty Period In Relation To The Above-Mentioned. Deadline. The Offer Of The Contractor Who Offers A Longer Warranty Period Will Receive Points Under This Evaluation Criterion.3) Detailed Terms Of Contract Execution And Payment Terms Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.6. Additional Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order.1) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For Additional Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Regarding Social, Economic, Environmental Aspects, Related To Innovation, Employment Or Maintaining The Confidential Nature Of Information Provided To The Contractor During The Execution Of The Order;2) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For A Reserved Clause Within The Meaning Of Art. 94 Of The Public Procurement Law;3) Due To The Type Of Contract, The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Employ Under An Employment Contract Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Pzp.7 Act. Information About The Contractors Obligation To Personally Perform Key Tasks. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Obligation To Personally Perform Tasks Related To Layout And Installation By Individual Contractors Jointly Applying For The Contract Within The Meaning Of Art. 60 Of The Public Procurement Law, Nor Related To The Participation Of Entities Providing Resources With
