The Municipality Of Kaloyanovo Implements A Proposal For The Implementation Of An Investment: Construction Of New Social Services For Residential Care For Adults With Dementia And Persons With Disabilities And Their Families In The Village Of Gorna Mahala, Municipality Of Kaloyanovo, Within The Framework Of Procedure No. Bg-Rrp-11.018 Construction And Equipment Of New Social And Integrated Health And Social Services For Residential Care And Specialized Social Services For Persons With Disabilities Financed Under The Component Social Inclusion, Investment Modernizing Long-Term Care To The National Recovery And Resilience Plan. The Purpose Of This Order Is To Select A Contractor To Provide External Experts Involved In The Organization And Management Of An Approved Investment Proposal Of The Municipality Of Kaloyanovo. By Awarding The Service, Kaloyanovo Municipality Aims To Achieve At Least The Following: Reducing The Workload Of The Administration; Attracting A Contractor Who Has Competence In Project Organization And Management And Special Knowledge In The Field Of Projects; Guaranteeing The Correct Spending And Reporting Of Funds And Avoiding Non-Recognition Of Expenses By The Cis; Achieving The Planned Results Within The Framework Of Planned Investments. The Expected Results Of The Execution Of The Order Are: Effective Coordination And Organization Of The Planned Activities Within The Project/Investment And Successful, Timely And Quality Implementation Of The Project/Investment In Accordance With The Set Budget, Deadlines And Indicators. Management Is A Key Activity That Takes Place Throughout The Life Of The Project/Investment. This Activity Will Ensure Its Effective Implementation. In Accordance With This, The Organization, Management And Reporting Of Project Activities Is Planned To Be Carried Out Through A Formed Management Team (Mt). The Eu Will Consist Of External Experts. The Distribution Of Responsibilities Among The Team Members Is Done In A Way That Ensures Separation Of Functions And Reliable Control Mechanisms Over The Work Of The Management Team And The Executors Of Activities Assigned To External Contractors On The Project. The Formed Eu Will Consist Of The Following Experts: 1. Head; 2. Coordinator; 3. Economist; 4. Lawyer; 5. Administrative Assistant. (The Functions And Duties Of The Eu Are Specified In Item Vi. Management Team A Detailed Description Of The Activities Subject To The Order Is Described In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Public Order Documentation.
