First Line, Corresponds To The Execution Of The Main Work And Completion Of The Project “Construction Of Rainwater Solution Villa Ignacio Serrano, Commune Of Lampa”, Whose Purpose Is To Complement The Definitive Project, Which Must Be Developed By The Contractor And Previously Approved By The Subdirectorate Of Paving And Road Works Of The Serviu Metropolitan Region. Consequently, The Contractor Must Execute The Works In Accordance With Said Project, Which Must Be Based On The Sections Of Streets And Interstreets Defined In The Favorable Report Issued By Serviu. The Execution Of The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Specifications And The Respective Plans, Which Establish The Technical Conditions Of The Intervention. Insofar As It Does Not Contradict The Above, The Chilean Standards Of The National Institute Of Standardization (Inn), The Current Regulations Of Serviu And Other Applicable Technical Manuals, Such As Redevu, Must Also Be Observed. B. Second Line, Corresponds To The Execution Of The Project Construction Of Pavements On England Street Between Figueroa And Garibaldi, Commune Of Lampa, Said Works Contemplated For This Line Consider The Execution Of The Main Work And Completions For The Paving Project Of The Specific Places To Intervene On England Street Between Figueroa Street And Garibaldi Street, In The Commune Of Lampa, Whose Purpose Focuses On Improving The Quality Of Life Of The Direct Residents Of The Streets, As Well As Pedestrians. Occasional, Which Must Be Developed By The Contractor And Previously Approved By The Subdirectorate Of Paving And Road Works Of The Serviu Metropolitan Region. The Specific Places To Intervene Are: Santa Sara, Coquimbo Section To Santa Sara Interior Road, Grouping A Length Of 320 Ml By 6 M Wide, Obtaining A Total Of 1920 M2 Of Asphalt Resurfacing, In The Same Way Both Sidewalks Will Be Intervened With 599 Ml Added To Both Sides With Concrete Material. The Construction Of The Paving Of The Sidewalks And Improvement Of The Roads Of Calle Santa Sara, Mainly Focuses On Improving The Quality Of Life Of The Direct Residents Of The Streets As Well As That Of Occasional Pedestrians, Being Carried Out In Correct Compliance With The Provisions Of The General Urban Planning And Construction Ordinance.
