The Subject Of The Contract For A Social Service Are: Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders (Including People With Autism) For The Residents Of Rumia - Beneficiaries Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center In Rumia, To Whom The Ordering Party Granted These Services By An Administrative Decision, Provided At Their Place Of Residence In The Municipality Of Rumia (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service Or Services Or Specialized Care Services) - Awarded In Accordance With Art. 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended), Provided In The Period From The Date Of Signing The Contract/Awarding The Order, But Not Earlier Than From November 5, 2025, To December 31, 2025. The Services May Be Provided To People In Situations Emergencies Without An Administrative Decision Under Art. 50A Above. Act On Social Assistance. The Minimum Number Of Hours Is 623 Hours And The Maximum Is 1247 Hours
