The National Center For Tumor Diseases (Nct For Short) Is A Long-Term Cooperation Between The German Cancer Research Center (Dkfz), Excellent Partners In University Medicine And Other Outstanding Research Partners At Various Locations In Germany. The Top Oncology Centers Tübingen-Stuttgart (Ccc-Ts) And Ulm (Cccu) Form The Joint Nct Südwest Location. A New Building Is Being Planned By The University Hospital Of Tübingen At The Nct Südwest Headquarters In Tübingen. An Initial Feasibility Study Was Created By The Tübingen State Office For Assets And Construction On The Basis Of A Spatial Program Commissioned By The Clinic, Which Is Currently Being Modified/Adapted By The Clinic. For Cost Reasons, In Addition To Urban Development Deviations From The Master Planning, Areas In The Spatial Program Must Also Be Reduced. A Second Nct Construction Phase Should Be Able To Be Realized On The Property At A Later Date. This Second Construction Phase Is Currently Not Part Of The Project Planning. The Building Cubature And The Location On The Property Are Currently Being Worked On In Variants. A Gross Floor Area (Gfa) Of Approx. 10,500 M² And A Spatial Program With Currently 4,851 M² Of Usable Space (Nuf 1-7) Can Be Assumed. The Client Intends To Outsource The Planning And Construction Of The Building To A Total Contractor (Tu) (Planning & Construction). For This Purpose, A Functional Service Description (Flb) Is Required As An Essential Basis For The Tender, Which Should Be Developed By The Contractor. The Flb Is Intended To Enable The Tu To Develop Organizational And Structural-Technical Solutions Or Suggestions In Order To Adhere To Or Optimize The Specified Cost Framework. Optionally, The Contractor Can Be Commissioned To Support The Tu Procurement Process As Well As Quality Assurance During The Execution Of The Services By The General Contractor. The Latter Includes Quality Assurance In The Planning Phase Of The Tu With Regard To Compliance With The Requirements Of The Flb And Its Systems, Taking Into Account Possible Optimizations (Second Opinion), As Well As Quality Assurance In The Structural Implementation.
