1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Basic Training In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense For Employees Of The Kielce City Hall, In Accordance With The Act Of December 5, 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1907) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of February 6, 2025 On Training Programs In The Field Of Civil Protection And Defense Civil Law And Requirements For Entities Providing Training (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 162).2. The Training Referred To Above Must Be Conducted Only By The Contractor, Which Is An Entity Referred To In §11 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Interior And Administration Of February 6, 2025 On Training Programs In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense And Requirements For Entities Conducting Training And Meets The Requirements Specified In This Provision.3. The Participants Of The Training Are Employees Of The Kielce City Hall. The Planned Number Of Training Participants Is 500 People In Total, With The Possibility Of Increasing This Number By A Maximum Of 20 People (Option), With The Guaranteed Number Of Participants Being 480 People.4. The Order Was Implemented As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026, Financed By A Special-Purpose Subsidy Granted By The Ministry Of The Interior And Administration.
