The Subject Of The Order Is A Training Service For Teachers And Students Using The Design Thinking Method And A Training Program In 4K Competencies (Critical Thinking, Communication, Cooperation, Creativity).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 2A And 2B To Swz.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 3 To Swz.4. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv: 80500000-9 - Training Services80100000-5 Primary Education Services5. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Specific Nature Of The Service That Is The Subject Of The Order. Both Training Using The Design Thinking Method And Training Taking Into Account 4K Competences Constitute A Coherent Whole. The Ordering Party Introduced Two Separate Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Contract Due To The Fact That In The Case Of Training Using The Design Thinking Method, The Training Will Also Cover Part Of The Teaching Staff. The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Lots Does Not Limit Access To Participation In The Procedure For Micro, Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises. Without Dividing The Order Into Parts, The Ordering Party Obtains The Possibility Of A Complete, Coordinated Project For All Educational Institutions Specified In Point 6. 6. Each Time Proper Names Or Types Are Provided In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or In The Order Documents, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers. If The Detailed Description Of The Item Or The Order Documents Contain The Names Of Specific Products Or Products Or Terms Suggesting Products Of Specific Companies, The Contractor Should Consider That The Given Products Are Exemplary, And The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Products. The Use Of A Label In The Order Documents Means That The Ordering Party Accepts All Labels Confirming That The Given Deliveries Or The Services Meet The Equivalent Requirements Of The Label Specified By The Ordering Party.
