1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Translocation Service Of 2500 Mb. Archival Materials (Hereinafter Referred To As Archives) Of The State Archives In Leszno From The Building Located At Ul. Solskiego 71 In Leszno For The Target Location In The State Archives In Bydgoszcz, Warehouse Rooms Of The Building At Ul. Karłowicza 17.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Photo From The Shelves In The Established Order Of Materials; B) Packing In The Transport Packaging Of Materials; C) Loading Of All Packed Archives Into Cars With Rigid Holding Of The Hold; D) Transport Of Archives To The Destination Of Their Storage, I.E. To The State Archives In Bydgoszcz (Storage Rooms At Ul. Karłowicza 17); E) Discharge Archival Resource To The Target Rooms Indicated In The State Archives In Bydgoszcz; F) Unpacking And Arranging Archival Materials In The Indicated Archival Magazines In The Established Order; G) Preparation Each Time A Transport List In The Form Of A Transfer Protocol In The Form Of A Transfer Protocol. The Last Transport Should Go To 11:00. Other Activities, I.E. Packing And Unpacking, Can Be Carried Out Until 15:00, Under Supervision, With Tips And Participation Of At Least One Person From The Contracting Authority To Each Packaging Team On The Part Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Flexibly Respond To Changes In The Removal Instructions Resulting In The Service Of The Service, And Aimed At Improving It. The Scope And Subject Of The Contract Are Presented In Annex A To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
