Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of Imaging Equipment (Radiography) COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Interested Companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Office of the Secretary, Tenders Board (Deputy Director, Procurement, University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Maiduguri) on evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 only for each Lot, paid into the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospitals TSA in any reputable commercial bank in Nigeria. The teller for this payment should be converted to the Hospitals receipt at the Finance & Accounts Department of the Hospital. Photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS (GOODS & WORKS) Prospective Bidders to submit bid for the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the Technical and Financial Bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two (2) sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Chief Medical Director, University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital, Maiduguri, Nigeria and clearly marked with (the name of the project and the Lot number) e.g. Lot 1 Procurement and installation of .. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of your company and drop in the designated Tender Box to the under signed not later than 12:00 noon, Tuesday, 14th October, 2025. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS The Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, 14th October, 2025 in the Board Room of the Administrative Block of the Hospital in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the Financial bids will be kept un-opened. Please, ensure that you sign the Bid Submission Register in the office of the Deputy Director Procurement, as the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
