The Subject Of The Order Is To Prepare And Deliver Meals To The Ordering Party, Whose Headquarters Is Located In Gostynin, Voivodeship Mazowieckie In The Period From 30.10.2025 Until 28.10.2026, According To 4 Menus Prepared By The Ordering Party, Which Are Attached To Swz And Will Apply On: Autumn: From October 1 To 31 December: From January 1 To 31 Marcawiosna; From April 1 To June 30: From July 1 To September 30, The Language Uses Types, Nomenclature And Assumptions Of Diets Recommended By Nizp-Pzh (Former Iżż), Mz And Nfz, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Respect Current Law In This Respect. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Menu Into An Equivalent. A Change In The Menu Can Be Changed In Particular In The Event Of A Deterioration Of The Quality Of The Supplied Meals, Including Their Taste And Appearance, As Well As The Introduction Of Poor Quality Products By The Contractor Affecting The Quality Of The Service, As Well As In The Case Of Withdrawal Of Products From Which Meals Will Be Prepared And Not Recovering By The Contractor Of Current Regulations In The Field Of Type, Nomenclature And Assumptions Of Diets Recommended By Nizp-Pzh (Former Żż), Mz And Nfz. The Equivalent Menu Will Be Handed Over To The Contractor In Advance. If It Is Necessary To Introduce Other Types Of Diet Than Those Mentioned In The Menu, The Employer With The Participation Of A Dietitian Will Develop The Required Diet, While The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver It Under The Applicable Contract - In This Respect The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Additional Remuneration. Preparing Meals Will Take Place From The Contractors Own Products, Including Diets Used In The Center And With The Required Weight Of Products. The Number Of Prepared Meals Will Be Presented By The Employer In A Single -Week Schedule. As At The Date Of The Proceedings, The Number Of Patients Treated Is 77 People - A Possible Reduction In The Contract Will Not Result In The Contracting Authoritys Liability. At The Same Time, The Contracting Authority Guarantees That A Possible Reduction Will Not Be More Than 10% Of The Order. The Employer Also Informs That During The Performance Of The Contract, The Indicated Number May Change Depending On The Actual Condition Of The Patients And Can Maximally Amount To 81 Patients. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Meals Or Other Celebrations Every Day, Regardless Of The Holidays And Other Celebrations At His Own Expense And Risk To The National Center For Prevention Of Dysocotylane In Gostynin, Ul. Zalesie 1A, Voivodeship Masovian. Meals Will Be Delivered In Separate Disposable Packages, I.E.
