    The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery To The Headquarters Of The Ordering It Equipment For The Purposes Of The Implementation Of The Cyber-Safety Commune Żerków Program:- 1 Server Of The Type 1-2 Server Type 2- 1 Disk Shelf- 1 Set Of Ups Devices Type 1- 2 Sets Of Ups Devices Type 2- 4 Sets Of Ups Devices Type 3-55 Ups Equipment Manufacturer And Represent The Model Of The Current Production Line. Renewed, Demonstration Or Renewal Devices Are Not Allowed. Devices With A Legal Defect In The Scope Of Equipment, Technical Support And Manufacturers Warranty Are Not Allowed. The Elements From Which The Devices Are Built Must Be The Products Of The Device Manufacturer Or Be Certified By It And All Must Be Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty. The Devices Must Be Delivered To The Contracting Authority In The Manufacturers Original Packaging. A Set Of Standard Documentation For The User In Polish Or English In Paper Or Electronic Form Must Be Provided For Each Device. The Devices At The Stage Of Delivery Between The Manufacturer And The Employer Cannot Be Subject To Modifications. The Entire Offered Equipment (Servers And Disk Shelf) Must Have One Point Of Warranty Repair In Poland. The Perceived Equipment Must Be Compatible With Server Solutions Used So Far With The Contracting Authority. Server Equipment Must Be Manufactured By The Same Manufacturer. The Management Software Must Be Able To Integrate With The Currently Existing Systems Used At The Employer. All Ups Systems Must Be Produced By The Same Manufacturer. The Thickener Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Specified In Annex 5 To Swz.
