    Work Detail

    The Construction Work Consists In Changing The Composition And In The Treatment Of A Single -Shell Flat Roof Funeral In Domanin. Due To Safer Water Outfit, The Roof Slope Will Be Increased To 2.5 % (Optimally To 3 % - Will Be Proven During Implementation). The Existing Flat Roof Does Not Statically Meet Further Load. After Implementation, The Photovoltaic System Will Be Installed, So It Is Necessary To Lighten The Roof By Removing Heavy Layers. A New Composition Of A Single -Wing Flat Roof With A Light Slope Layer Of Polystyrene Is Designed. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Defined By The Project Documentation (In The Degree Of Documentation For Construction), Which Is Part Of The Tender Conditions (Hereinafter Referred To As “Zp”) - Part Iii Technical Conditions. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of A Contract For Work, Which Means The Complete And Perfect Implementation Of All Construction And Assembly Works, Including The Supply Of Necessary Materials, Machines And Equipment Necessary For Proper Completion Of The Work, As Well As Performing All Activities Related To The Delivery Of Construction And Assembly Work. This Public Contract Will Be Partially Co -Financed Through The State Environmental Fund Of The Czech Republic From The Program “New Renewable Resources In Energy (Res+)” Funded By The Modernization Fund, As Part Of The Modf - Res+ 3/2024 Call.
