The Kintampo Municipal Assembly now invites sealed Tenders from eligible tenderers for the Construction of the Works indicated in the table above. Tendering will be conducted through the National Competitive Tendering (NCT) procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as Amended and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the Municipal Co-ordinating Director and inspect the Tender documents from 08:30 hours to 17:00 hours GMT on working days from Monday to Friday. 3. Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the address stated below for a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis only (GH¢500.00). The Tender Document could be obtained personally with an application letter. 4. It is mandatory that Tenderers include in their tenders the underlisted statutory documents.
