A. Above, Including Design-Build Services, Site Assessment, Site Preparation, Installation, Maintenance Or Repair, And Warranty Programs.The Primary Focus Of This Solicitation Is On Open Air Structures With Related Equipment And Services In 1.A. Above. This Solicitation Should Not Be Construed To Include Equipment-Only Or Services-Only Solutions In 1.B. Above.This Solicitation Does Not Include Equipment, Products, Or Services Covered Under Categories Included In Pending Or Planned Sourcewell Solicitations, Or In Master Agreements Currently Maintained By Sourcewell, Identified Below:Pre-Engineered Buildings With Related Materials, Site Preparation, Installation And Ancillary Services (Rfp #110822);Fabric Structures With Related Materials And Services (Rfp #071223); Andevent Seating And Staging Solutions With Related Accessories And Services (Rfp #081523) Except For Those That Are Directly Related To 1.A. Above.The Term Of Any Resulting Contract(S) Awarded By Sourcewell Under This Solicitation Will Be Four Years. Sourcewell And Supplier May Agree To Up To Three Additional One-Year Extensions Based On The Best Interests Of Sourcewell And Its Participating Entities.
