tender for supply on rent, erection, making complete arrangement / set up required for successful organizing of hamirpur mahotsav in stadium parisar hamirpur including arrangement for inaugural function on 23.03.2026 and closing ceremony on 27.03.2026 as a complete job (complete works of erecting, decorating stage based on mahotsav theme, lights, sound & pa system, proper lighting of the whole venue, electric & flower decoration of venue, entry gate, all tentage works like - german hanger, stage, octanorm stall, sofa, chairs, carpet, table, barricading (ballies & mojo), food courts, green house, safe house with attached toilet, erection of offices for medical c , water dispenser, electricity etc. c office of chairman/ vip, silent generator sets (avr system) of required capacity, and other necessary items on rental basis for successful organizing of mahotsav including hiring, loading, unloading, labour, material, fuel, t&p and technical personnels excluding gst (to be paid extra as per actual) etc & dismantling all erected work after end of mahotsav (event) complete in all respect including operation and maintenance of whole temporary infrastructure during the mahotsav (event) period on item rate basis as per the satisfaction of mahotsav samiti.
