tender for ska rajya utsav 2025 infrastructure (enclosed scope of work nit)---making of stalls, pavillion & book stall for 5 days at samhati maidan size 10x10 with light and furniture, stall no. and name by vinyl sticker. table -1 no., chair-3 nos. with 8 inch width 4 step rack on the back and right side of the stall (ska, guild + as decided by local authority (shg, drdc etc.), shade at stall area on octanorm, top and back of the stall to be covered with tarpoline wooden platform covered with dark blue carpet for each stalls (6 inch height) frontal portion of stall to be covered with plastic protecting rain & dew from 9pm to 12pm, stall branding: fascia (approx 5ft. x 30ft.), stall branding: back & outside (approx 15ft. x 30ft.), 100x10 science exhibition area structure with tarpolin cover, top & back side musking, front facia, leg, side wall with flex, thematic & special illumination with adequate table, chairs & electric point samhati maidan, 32x24x4(h) iron stage, truss - goalpost (34+18+18+18), floor covered by carpet and roof covered by colourful cloth, masking & framing as required stage decoration front & side (design approved by ska), low centre table at guest lounge with covers for 5 days (rate should be quoted including transportation, fitting & fixing), 2 seater sofa at guest lounge (rate should be quoted including transportation, fitting & fixing), pvc chair for audience, special chair for stage, wooden chowki of size (5 x 6 and height 2) for cultural programme green room: 40ft. x 10ft. x 10ft. attached with the stage structure to be covered with tarpaulin & cloth with curtain, mattress on floor, 2 mirrors, 6 table, 20 chairs with 2 components (male & female), over head cover for audience, flex backdrop for all venues 5 days as per design approved by department, raja nipendra narayan smriti sadan
