tender for renovation of baldevjewpatna dc and its link drain- 1 earth work in excavation of drain by mechanical means in all kind of soil including stoney earth, gravel moorun mixed with all leads,lifts and delifts including tramming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials to the spoil banks or any other approved place including levelling and rough dressing for formation embankment as per the specification and design with cost of hire charges at all mechanaries t & p ,operations maintenance cost with all leads, lifts and delifts etc complete with all taxes,labour cess t& p etc . complete with all cost incidental to the work as per the drawing specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. (measurement to be taken on initial and final level basis). within 8.00 mtr 2 earth work in approved type of soil brought from in approved borrow area by mechanical/manual means and transportation by any means spreading the earth over properly prepared surface of coffer dam,diversion road & approach road etc and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm including levelling the earth in 22.50 cm, layers for all heights with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royality , taxes of all materials with cost of labour, t&p required for the work including lighting and watering of haul roads and borrow area etc. complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.(borrow area should be arranged by contractor and measurement to be taken on finishes compacted section on initial and final level basis). 3 earthwork excavation of foundation of structure by mechanical means in all kind of soil in wet & dry condition,shoring shuttering,propping bullahs,dewatering the foundation including dressing,leveling,ramming the foundation bed & sides with pneumatic rammers/fuel operated compactors and removing the excavated materials with all leads,lifts and delifts away from worksite & depositingh the excess materials in spoil banks or any other specified specified spaces by manual/mechanical means etc. complete with all cost, conveyance andt&p but excluding cost of royality as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. 4 providing and placing in position reinforced cement concrete m 25 graded with crusher broken hard granite aggregate 20 mm down graded of approved quality clean coursed sand inclusive of cost,carriage,royality and taxes of all materials with cost of labour and t&p to mixing yard ,mixing by concrete mixture carrying hoisting and placingin position for all heights and compaction with vibrators,curing etc.complete in all respect inclusive of all general and incidental charges,dewatering with cost of form works etc complete with maintenance of cofferdam and haul road etc complete as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge.(excluding cost of hysd bars). 5 supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding the reinforcement steel bars of different diameters conforming to i.s.1786 and i.s 432 of all diameters tying the grills in position at all heights including cost of rod, binding wire 18 to 20 gauge with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials including concrete chairs, dowel, benches, lapping, wastage & welding wherever necessary with all lifts, delifts including quality control testing charges of uncoated hysd bar with cost of labour t&p required for the work etc. complete as per the desing, specification & direction of the engineer-in-charge. 6 providing and laying cement concrete m 20 (as per design/nominal mix) in approved surface using 20 mm down gradedhard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates free from weatheered skin surface and any other deleterious materials,using sharp sand of approved grading and quality confoming to the specification,using water of approved grading and quality and using cement as per approved specifications with all leads and delifts and transportation by mechanical/manual means including cost of form work carriage,royality,cess and taxes of all materials,mixing the ingredient in a mechanical mixer,vibrator of concrete by mechanical means,supplying t&p,watering,curing including cost of carriage of water maintenance of coffer dam/approach road,diversion road, mobilzation and demobilization main & mechineries etc wincluding quality control testing charges as per approved drawing and specifications and direction of the engineer-in -charge. 7 providing and laying cement concrete m 15(1:2:4)(as per design/nominal mix) in approved surface using 40 mm down gradedhard granite well graded crusher broken stone aggregates free from weatheered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using sharp sand of approved grading and quality confoming to the specification,using water of approved grading and quality and using cement as per approved specifications with all leads and delifts and transportation by mechanical/manual means including cost of form work carriage, royality, cess and taxes of all materials,mixing the ingredient in a mechanical mixer, vibrator of concrete by mechanical means, supplying t&p, watering, curing including cost of carriage of water maintenance of coffer dam/approach road, diversion road, mobilzation and demobilization main & mechineries etc wincluding quality control testing charges as per approved drawing and specifications and direction of the engineer-in -charge. 8 earth work in ordinary soil for dismantaling coffer dam/diversion road by any means and depositing the dismantling materials away from the site at suitable place with all lead,lifts & delifts for all heights and properly prepared surface including breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 m depths with cost of labour charges conveyance & other taxes etc complete as per drawing,design and specification as directed by engineer-in-charge. 9 filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watered and rammed including cost of all cost of material ,labour and t&p required for the work complete as per the direction of engineer-in -charge. 10 filling in foundation and plinth with excavated revetments with hard stone boulder size 15 cm to 30 cm size in any direction free from weathered skin surface to prooer line and levelincluding filling the interstices with required broken stone spalls with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, carriage, royality, taxes of all materials and cost of labour and t&p for dressing of earth work in bed and slopes & trimming to the required profile including dewatering if required etc.complete with all general and incidental charges as per drawing, design and specification and per the direction of the engineer-in -charge. 12 providing weep holes in plain/reinforced cement concrete in bridge slab with 100 mm dia a.c pipe extending through the full width of the concrete with a slope of 1v:20h including cost,carriage,royality & taxes of all materials with cost of labour and t&p complete as per the direction of the engineer-in -charge. 13 collecting supplying and admixing moorum and sand (60:40) and spreading in sub base to the proper profile, watering and compacting with h.r.r etc. complete as directed by the engineer-in-charge. 14 collecting supplying and stacking at work site random hard granite stone boulder not less than 0.028 cum and spreading same in foundation and grouted with sand with cost , carriage ,royality and taxes of all materials including cost of labour and t&p required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the engineer -in-charge. 15 providing formwork for concrete with f 1 finish for up stream faces of dam ,spillway ,glacis of barrages, unexposed surface of founda,block joints etc.with
