tender for repairs to anti-corrosive treatment in factory area.; 1 providing and applying two coats of solvent free epoxy paint over one coat of solvent free epoxy primer on masonry / rcc surfaces as per technical specifications enclosed (annex.a) including surfacepreparation (consisting of removing loose material, cleaning with profuse water and making the surface dry) and by removing the old treatment by using mechanical grinder or sand papering etc.all therubbish material shall be disposed off to dumping yard in factory area. 2 on wall / soffit of roof surfaces including epoxy based putty filling in depressions upto 2 mm to give an even surface.epoxy material supplied from any one of the four epoxy manufacturers viz. m/s hindustan ciba geigy limited, m/s atul limited, m/s sip resins limited , dr.beck& co. ltd to be used. theitem also includes providing necessary scaffolding etc. for carrying out the job. 3 providing and laying epoxy quartz mortar on masonry / rcc surfaces including surface preparation and providng and applying one priming coat and two seal coats with solvent free epoxy material supplied by any one of the four epoxy manufacturersas mentioned in item no.1(a) above. the composition shall be as per manufacturers formulations. the work should be executed as per technical specifications enclosed as in annex. b. 4 about 6.5 mm thick epoxy mortor lining over horizontal rcc surfaces or wherever required. 5 about 3 mm thick epoxy mortar lining over veritical and inclined rcc/masonry surfaces or wherever required. 6 preparing, supplying and applying solvent free epoxy on steel surfaces / chequered plates etc. including surface preparation as per technical specifications all complete of approved manufacturer as per enclosedannexure c. 7 providing and laying acid resistant tile lining on floors/walls/drains using 228 mm x 114 mm x 38 mm size acid resistant tilesclass - i conforming to is : 4860 with one priming coat of epoxy primer, 6 mm thick bed of epoxy screed and filling of joints with epoxy quartz mortar and painting of joints with solvent free epoxy paint as per enclosed technical specifications. the rate shall include for surface preparation, dismantling of existing/damaged tiles and disposal of debris to dump yard in factory area. 8 supplying and applying high build chlorinated rubber paint of approved brand, manufacturer and shade as per specifications on external surfaces ofvarious buildings of stcr, bagging plant and other buildings in factory area complete as per scope of work, specifications, and directions of engineer-in-charge.therateshall includecleaning,scraping, surface preparation by filling with putty, erection and removal of staging/scaffolding at all height, ropes, rope ladders, helmets, ladders, full body harness safetybelts, etc. required for safe and proper execution of the work . two coatsof high build chlorinated rubber paint over one coat of zincphosphate primer complete shall be applied. 9 providing and fixing 10 mm thick acid and/or alkali resistant tiles of approved make and colour using acid and/or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and/or alkali resisting cement as peris : 4457, complete as per the direction of engineer-in- charge 10 in flooring on a bed of 10 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proofcement : 4 coarse sand) acid and alkali resistant tile 11 in dado/skirting on 12 mm thick mortar 1:4 (1 acid proofcement : 4 coarse sand) acid and alkali resistant tile 12 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).
