tender for special repair to roads and pathways of 6 adv fd vet hosp and special repair to at mt area (approx 450 mtrs) of 101 fd regt under ge west bareilly.; 1 m&l for repair to potholes any depth, n exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming(including supplyof road metal) complete all as specified and directed. 2 scarifying or picking gravelled, macadamor bituminous macadam surfaces in arean exc 400 sqm n exc 50 mm deep complete all as specified and directed. 3 m&l for applying evenly a priming/ tack coatof using paving bituminous vg-10 grade10 kg per 10 sqm by mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed. 4 m & l for premix bituminous, macadam with 4% by weight of total mix using paving bitumen vg-30 grade, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) complete all as specified and directed. 5 m&l for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applyingevenly a tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm vg-10 (paving bitumen) complete all as specified and directed. 6 m&l for bituminous premix asphaltic semidense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with not less than 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen (vg-30 grade) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material, laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradientvcomplete with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and directed. 7 supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with pama striplens reflector of model no. da 972.0 fixed with and incl ms stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.complete all as specified and directed. 8 supply and fixsolar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency mono rystafie solar panel 2.4v/ 0.3 watt one ni-ed rechargeable battery (1.2v/ 1600ma) consisting of super bright led with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed. 9 m & l for painting lines, dashes , arrows, letters, etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10cmwide with thermolplastic paint 2mm thick , white or golden yellow or as directed by ge complete all as specified and directed. 10 surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 11 m & l hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n.exc.63mm, deposited,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed. 12 m & l plain cement concrete type d2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete completeall as specified and directed. 13 m&l formachine pressedprecast cement concrete, factory made coloured glazed interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to is 15658 -2006 of80mm thickness, m-40 grade,machine pressed of pattern and colour with grey cement & pigment including 25 mm thick sand cushioncomplete all as specified and directed. 14 s&fdelineator 1200mm long made of 2 mm thick steel sheet rectangular od size 75 x 100mm. bottom plate 2mm thick of size 150 x 150 mm for firm grip welded to base. top end closed with 2mm steel sheet. at top on both sides diamond grade cube corner micro white reflector of size 75 x 125mm laminated in 2mm deep cavity to make it scratch resistant. post to have two bands all around of white/yellow/red reflective sheet of width 225mm by keeping black coat as bands for greater night visibility.all coated with heat process and baked to 120°c or powder coated to make all weather resistant and fixing in cement concrete 1:2:4 with size of block 450mm x 450mm x600mm deep including required excavation and earthwork complete all as specified and directed. note: the rate of pcc and earth work is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra 15 s&ffor convex mirror of dia 1000 mm made of pc material provided with suitable ss pipe post (min 2100 length , 75 mm dia) and fixing arrangement as per site requirement it should have clear and deficate mirror image valving 130 degree of viewing angle and unbbreakable and stronger than glass complete all as specified and directed.
