tender for operating the pumps, valves etc for filling water in water tanks daily and attending petty repairs etc. in the residential quarters area as directed by the engineer at site including all labour charges, hire charges for tools & plants etc. complete. , upkeeping of silt pits & garland drains in the residential buildings daily in good and hygienic condition without house wastes and debris etc, and disposing debris etc to the near by dust bin as directed by the engineer at site, including cost of all labour charges, consumables, lead, lift, t&ps, safety appliances, etc., complete. , upkeeping of main drains running in the residential quarters area once/twice in a week and disposal of silt, slush etc as directed by the engineer at site including all labour charges, consumables, all lead and lifts, hire charges of t&ps. etc complete. , clearing the scrub jungle in the residential quarters area once in six months and disposing the debris to suitable place away from the site as directed by the engineer at site including all labour charges, hire charges for,tools and plants required, leads & lifts etc., complete. , up keeping of all roads by sweeping and collection of litter, dry leaves, earth, ash /coal dust etc. along road in the residential quarters area once/twice in a week and disposing away from the works pot including all labour, lead, lift, etc., and as directed by the engineer at site. , overhauling charges for repaired 20hp mono block motor with pump including lift, placing position etc., as directed by the engineer at site including all labour charges, all materials hire charges for tools & plants, etc., complete.
